HMA’s Sustainability Policy

To achieve HINO Credo as Corporate Mission. Our Hino Motors Asia will act with integrity in accordance with the spirit of this “HINO Sustainability Policy.” direction.

4.Respect for human rights• We understand internationally recognized human rights, and respect and protect the human rights of all those involved in our corporate activities. We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ideology, gender, age, nationality, disability or any other grounds, nor any behavior contrary to respect for human rights, including child labor, forced labor and harassment.

• Senior management takes the initiative in realizing the spirit of this Policy and ensures that this Policy is disseminated throughout the Company and our Group companies. It is also responsible for establishing and operating an effective governance system to ensure the soundness, efficiency, and transparency of our corporate management.

• In the event of violation of the spirit of this Policy, senior management will proactively take responsibility for responding to the situation, including investigating the causes, and instituting remedial measures to prevent the problem from recurring.



 

HMA’s Information Security Policy

     
1. Purpose    

Based on “The HINO Credo” and “HINO Code of Conduct”, Hino Motors Asia (hereinafter called “HMA”)      

a subsidiary of Hino Motors, Ltd., understand that Information; such as trade secrets and personal information,    

that created by HMA or received from customers, business partners or other entities in the course of business    

activities, associated information management systems and the control systems which are critical information    

assets for HMA’s business activities.    

Based on the above understanding, HMA establishes "Information Security Basic Policy" to ensure that HMA     

manages and practices information security methodically and continuously.    

    

2. Hino’s basic approach to information security    

1) Compliance    

HMA shall comply with applicable laws, governmental guidance, contractual obligations and other social     

norms related to information security.    

    

2) Maintenance of stable business infrastructure    

HMA shall ensure competitiveness and business continuity through the management and protection of its    

Information Assets.    

    

3) Providing safe products and services    

HMA shall incorporate information security practices into Hino’s business activities such as the development,     

design and production processes of products and services in order to provide safe products and services    

to customers.    

    

4) Contribution to the establishment of safe Cyberspace    

HMA shall act as a good corporate citizen by contributing to a safe online environment (“Cyberspace”)    

by working to identify and mitigate information security vulnerabilities in HMA’s Information Assets.    

    

5)  Information Security Management    

HMA shall continuously implement information security management through the establishment of governance    

and risk management including incident response.
